Compensation nett contribution for unused childcare

07-04-2020 By //  by Pascal Louwes

Parents who temporarily do not use childcare because of the corona crisis, but have paid the invoice, can be compensated for their nett contribution. The nett contribution amounts to the difference between the invoice and the childcare allowance received, for the period March 16 to April 28, 2020.

The reimbursement runs through the childcare organisations. The Tax authorities will first transfer the compensation to the childcare organisations, which will then have to pay the amounts to the parents.
